Ingredients

| 2 pts. sherbet (any flavor, suggest lime for St. Patrick's Day, etc.) | ||
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Pint | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Whip cream with sugar and add crumbled macaroons.
Spread 1/2 mixture in Pyrex loaf dish, spread sherbet over that.
Top with other 1/2 of mixture.
Freeze over night, slice to serve.
