Shepherd's Pork Pie Recipe
Ingredients
4 Cups (1 ml) mashed potatoes
19 oz (540 ml) canned creamed com
1 lb (450 g) leftover cooked ground pork
3 to 4 knobs of butter
Directions
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– In a saucepan, cook potatoes and mash them.
– In a small saucepan, heat creamed corn.
– In an oven-proof dish, alternate layers of mashed potatoes, creamed corn, and ground pork, finishing with a layer of mashed potatoes.
– Dot with knobs of butter and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
