| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 1/2 cups hot mashed potatoes | ||
| Melted butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley, chives, paprika | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Precook frozen vegetables.
Heat salad oil in hot browning dish or conventional range.
Dredge lamb in flour; sear in hot dish.
In 2 qt glass casserole, combine lamb, soup, mushrooms, onions, carrots and green beans.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Blend evenly.
Mound mashed potatoes in a ring around edge of dish.
Microwave (high), covered, 4-5 minutes.
Pour butter over potatoes.
Top with parsley or chives and paprika.
Microwave (high) 4-6 minutes, uncovered, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
