Cheese Mushroom Shepherd's Pie Recipe Video
Shepherd's pie for a college get together. All the ingredients are in a proportion of 1:1. This traditional meat based dish needs no introduction and variations to be made to it. Simple and delicious you can serve the dish for a couple of days. Everytime it tastes it tastes amazing.
Ingredients
1 lb meat
1 can mashed potatoes
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can creamed mushroom soup
1 can corn
1 c cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
1. Brown meat and season it with salt and pepper.
2. In a large bowl, add meat, mix vegetables, creamed mushrooms, and stir it together.
3. Preheat oven at 350 F.
4. Grease a pan and pour the mixture into it.
5. Pour mashed potatoes over the mixture.
6. Spread some cheese. Bake it 35-45 minutes.
7. Serve the shepherd's pie.
