Shellfish Special Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oregano- 1 or 2 teaspoons | ||
| Celery- 1 head, chopped | ||
| Green pepper | 1/2 Small, diced | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked Scallops, Shrimp, Crabmeat or Lobster- 6 ounces | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together tomato juice, oregano, celery, green pepper and salt.
2) Heat the oregano mixture to simmer for 10 minute or until it lowered to thick consistency.
3) Stir in seafood and cook until heated completely.
SERVING
4) Serve hot if desired with baked eggplant and a green salad.
