Shell Salad With Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 c olive or salad oil
1/3 c lemon juice
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1 lb. shrimp, cooked and diced
1/2 lb. pasta shells, cooked
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cut green beans, cooked
1 red onion,cut into thin rings
2 t pimiento, chopped
Directions
Combine oil, lemon juice and dressing mix, blending well.
Combine remaining ingredients, and dressing mixture.
Toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
