Directions
Cut bread into 1/3-inch slices.
Remove crusts and spread with butter.
Slice into finger-shaped pieces.
Arrange around sides of a buttered baking dish, having bread extend about 1 inch above dish.
Line bottom of dish.
Beat eggs slightly, add cream, butter, salt, mustard, paprika, cayenne and cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
