 Active dry yeast2 Tablespoon (Dough:)
 Lukewarm water1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dough:)

 Whole wheat flour2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dough:)
 Gluten1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dough:)
 Sesame oil2 Tablespoon (Dough:)
 Whole grain cornmeal

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven at 500 degrees.

MAKING
2.Take a small bowl and mix honey with 1/4 cup (60ml)water in it.
3.Add yeast to the water and stir till it gets diluted.
4.Put the bowl on heat and let the yeast mixture become bubbly and expand in volume in 3-5 minutes.
5.Repeat the process with fresh yeart if bubbling does not happens.
6.Take a large bowl, put whole beans and gluten flour in it.
7.Mix in way that the middle part is vacated and forms a well like shape.
8.Put the prepared yeast mixture along with a cup of mild hot water. Put tahini or oil in the bowl and stir the mixture with hand or by using a wooden spoon.
9.When the mixture gains smoothness, shape the mixture in a ball form and make a dough by kneading for 15 minutes until soft and shiny.
10.Roll the dough in flour and keep it aside in a covered bowl.
Leave the dough to rise for 11/2 hours.
11.Once done, seggregate the dough in four parts and roll them each in a flat round bread with thickness of half inch.
12.With the help of rolling pin and board, extend it into 18-20 centimetres diameter bread.
13.Shape the bread upwards at its circumference and put apply tomato sauce and put vegetables with cheese on it.
14.Bake the pizzas for 15-20 minutes.

SERVING
15.Slice into wedges and serve with drinks.
