Shark In Tomato Ginger Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 454 g boneless shark | ||
| Olive oil | 45 Milliliter | |
| 30 ml soya sauce | ||
| Sherry | 30 Milliliter | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Ginger | 5 Milliliter, minced | |
| 6 dried Chinese mushrooms, soaked 1 hour in warm water | ||
| Tomato Paste | 30 Milliliter | |
Directions
Cut the shark in thin strips.
Blend 1 tsp (5 ml) of oil with the soya, sherry, garlic and ginger and pour over the shark and marinate 2 hours.
Slice the mushrooms.
Heat the remaining oil in a wok.
Quickly fry the shark undrained with the mushrooms.
Stir in the tomato paste and cook 1 minute longer.
Serve.
