Shanghai Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 2 dashes hot pepper sauce | ||
| 1 2-inch strip fresh orange, lemon or tangerine peel | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
Pour over meat and let marinate from 1 hour to overnight, depending on thickness of meat and amount of flavor desired.
Pan- or oven-broil or barbecue.
