Ingredients

 1/2 pound boneless pork, cut in small thin strips
 1/2 pound boneless veal, cut in small thin strips
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Cooking oil2 Tablespoon
 1 package Pillsbury Brown Gravy Mix
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 4-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces,undrained
 1-pound can chow mein vegetables, undrained
 Celery1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Onion1 Medium, sliced
 Chow mein noodles 5 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Coat pork and veal with flour.
Brown meat in oil in large skillet.
Add gravy mix, soy sauce, mushrooms, and liquid from chow mein vegetables.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add celery, onion and chow mein vegetables.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer until vegetables are tender
