| Shallots, or green onions, including tops - 1/3 cup thinly sliced | ||
| Prepared Dijon-style mustard - 4 teaspoons | ||
| White wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (Salad oil or olive oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon (Salad oil or olive oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Raw or cooked vegetables | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a blender jar add shallots or green onions, mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Blend the mixture.
3. Stir and shake vigorously before adding to vegetables.
SERVING
4. Serve immediately or cover and keep dressing up to 2 days.
