Shalea Inn Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1/2 pound | |
| Cream cheese | 2 Ounce | |
| Green onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Sprig of parsley | ||
| Bleu cheese | 3 Ounce | |
| 2 ounces light beer | ||
| 2 ounces dark beer | ||
| Horseradish | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lea and perrins sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.In a container, put the cheeses, parsley, onion and dressing and mix until smooth.
2.Put beer, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce in the container and put the jar for refrigeration.
3.Before serving, aloow the spread to settle at room temperature.
SERVING
4.Serve with crackers.
