Shake It and Bake It Pork Coating Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| Yellow cornmeal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornflake crumbs - 1 cup | ||
| Instant minced onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley flakes | 3 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Instant minced garlic - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Dried oregano | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dried basil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add all ingredients except oil.
2) Thoroughly mix the ingredients.
3) Add oil and with a fork, stir into the dry ingredients.
SERVING
4) Use as coating or store in airtight container in cool and humid-free place for up to 6 months.
