SHAHI TUKRA Recipe
Every bit of the the shahi tukra is absolutely divine. If you have a sweet tooth then the Shahi Tukra is too good for you to resist. Try it and you are sure to love this quick and easy recipe of deep fried bread covered with yummy rabri dessert.

Ingredients
| Bread slice | 5 | |
| Sugar | 200 Gram | |
| Saffron | 03 Gram | |
| GHEE OR VEGETABLE OIL 100 MLS | ||
| RABRI 150 GRAM | ||
| Pistachio nuts | 50 Gram | |
Directions
1. Fry the bread triangles in oil till crisp, drain and reserve
2. Dissolve the sugar in the rabri and add the saffron
3. Arrange on the platter and cover with rabri and serve topped with chopped pistachio nuts

HAI CHEFFY YR RECIPE WILL TASTE GREAT IF U FRY THE BREAD TRIANGLES IN PURE GHEE .

Here yew can get the rabri recipe too
8 cups whole milk
1 cup half-and-half
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon crushed pistachios
Directions
1. Boil the all the milk on a medium flame in a non stick pan.
2. Keep an constant eye while it is boiling,so that it does not get scorched and burnt.
3. After attaining a thick consistency(when 1/3 quantity is left)mix the sugar.
4. Keep stirring.
5. When the sugar is dissolved turn off the heat.
6. Let is cool.
7. Once it is cool,mix the cardamom powder and Pistachio.Keep it in the fridge.
8. It can remain fresh for 1 week if you keep it in the fridge in a closed container.
9. That is it,enjoy when it is chilled.
