Shahi Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
Milk - 1 litre
Water - 1/2 cup
Paneer - 50 gms
Pistachios - 1 tsp
Sugar - 100 gms
Cornflour - 5 tsps
Kewra essence - 1 tsp
Blanched almonds - 1 tsp
Directions
MAKING
1 In a pan, boil the milk.
2 Cook and allow it to thicken till it is reduced to half.
3 In a bowl, dissolve cornflour in water.
4 Stir in to the milk, and cook until thick.
5 In a separate pan, cook sugar and water until it reaches a sticky syrup like consistency.
6 Add in grated paneer and stir well.
7 Add into the milk mixture.
SERVING
8 Transfer to a serving dish and decorate with silver leaves.
9 Sprinkle with kewra flavor, chopped pistachios, almonds.
10 Allow to cool and serve.
