Ingredients

 Bread slice4
 Thick cream2 Tablespoon
 Sugar6 Tablespoon
 4 tablespoons thin cream
 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Almonds6 , chopped
 Rose water1 Tablespoon
 Pistachios8 , chopped
 Ghee
 Silver foil

Directions

Cut each slice of bread into two.
Mix the sugar and water and cook on a low fire till it becomes a thin syrup.
Remove from the fire, and when cool add rose water.
Heat ghee and fry the bread in it till light brown in color.
Soak the fried bread in the syrup.
Beat the thick cream well, mix with the thin cream, and heat gently.
Pour over the fried bread.
Sprinkle nuts and cover with silver foil.
