Shahi Rogan Josh Recipe

Ingredients
| Mutton | 250 , minced | |
| Onion | 2 Medium | |
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green chilies | 4 | |
| Tomato | 3 | |
| Yoghurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Saffron | 1 Pinch | |
| Cashew nuts | 15 | |
| Clarified butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch | |
| Coriander seeds powder 1 tbsp | ||
| Turmeric | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red chilies | 6 | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic doves 6 | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Grind the ginger, garlic, red chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and salt to form a thick paste.
Heat ghee in a pan and saute the onions, green chilies and tomatoes until ghee begins to separate.
Simmer for 2 minutes and add the thick ginger garlic paste.
Now add the minced mutton and simmer until the meat is done.
Add the beaten curd and a cup of water.
Cook till the gravy is thick finally sprinkle the garam masala, soaked saffron and cashew nuts.
Cover for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
