Ingredients

 Chicken1 , cut into pieces
 Salt To Taste
 Haldi1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Fresh curds2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Maida2 Teaspoon
 Ginger2 Inch
 Cinnamon1
 Cloves4
 Cardamoms2
 Ghee4 Tablespoon
 Potato6 , halved
 Onions2 Large, sliced fine browned and pounded
 Saffron1⁄2 Teaspoon, mixed with 2 tbs. milk
 Garlic flakes8
 Jeera2 Teaspoon
 Red chilies4

Directions

Cover chicken pieces with ground masala and place in a bowl or pan.
Beat curds and maida and mix salt, haldi, roasted masala, saffron and browned onions in it.
Marinate chicken pieces in this for 2 hours.
Heat ghee and fry potato halves.
Lessen ghee, add chicken pieces and its marinade and cook for a few minutes.
Add potatoes, cover pan and cook on a slow fire.
From time to time shake pan sideways without opening it.
Cook for about 30-40 mins until chicken is tender.
Garnish with chopped hardboiled eggs and serve with hot parathas or nan.
