Shahi Chicken Korma Recipe
Shahi Chicken Korma has a fine taste. Shahi Chicken Korma gets its taste from chicken mixed with chili powder and lemon juice, flavored with spices. Shahi Chicken Korma is loved by chicken lovers all over the world.
Ingredients

| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander seeds powder 1 tsp | ||
| Red Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch | |
| Garlic | 8 | |
| Curd | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garam masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Almonds | 5 | |
| Cashew nuts | 10 | |
| Lemon juice a dash | ||
| Coriander leaves to garnish | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ghee | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Add the chicken pieces with turmeric and salt in the curd after it is whipped sufficiently.
Let the mixture set for about half an hour.
Now, heat the ghee and add the onions, garlic and ginger till they turn to a light brown colour.
Once that is done, add the red chilly powder and the coriander and allow the mixture to simmer for some more time.
To this add the chicken mixture and let it fry for another 5 minutes.
You should also add around two cups of water so that the chicken does not stick.
Cover the chicken and allow it to cook till tender.
You must wait to see that all the water has been absorbed and the dish is dry.
Finally add the garam masala and salt.
To garnish, add all the dry fruits and the coriander leaves to the prepared dish.
Your Shahi Chicken Korma is ready to be served.
