Ingredients

 
2 phulkas or rotis or chapatis
 
2 tbsp garlic coriander masala
 
1 tbsp plain curd
 
Cookinh oil spray
 
Salt to taste

Directions

Mix curd and masala. Add some salt.

Cut the rotis into two equal halves and spread the masala mix and fold.

Heat a skillet and spray cooking oil with the help of a spray.

Place the folded spread chapatis and spray some oil.

After some time, give them a flip and spray some more cooking oil. Cook them until they turn a little pink ion color.

Serve hot.
