Seviya Kheer Recipe
Vermicelli cooked with reduced milk and dry fruit.

Ingredients
4 cup milk
1/3 cup roasted seviya(vermicelli)
6 tb.spoon sugar
1 tb. spoon raisins
1 tb.spoon cashew nuts
1 tb.spoon almond flakes
1 tb.spoon crushed pistachios
pinch saffron
Directions
1. Take heavy pan,boil milk till thick.
2. Add all the ingredients except pistachio.
3. Cook for 10-12 minutes till kheer get thick.
4. Serve hot or cold, garnished with pistachio
