Ingredients
1.5 Tbs canola oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup green beans, cut to 1" lengths
1 zucchini, sliced lengthwise in half and then into half moon slices
1/2 cup carrots, cut into matchsticks
1.5 cups brocolli florets
1 cup snow peas
salt and pepper
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1/2-1 Tbs oyster sauce
1/8 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbs toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
heat w wok over med high heat, add oil and swirl to coat. Stirfry onion for a few seconds, add garlic, add bell peppers,beans, zucchini, carrots and brocolli. Stirfry a few mins, add snow peas, vegetable broth, oyster sauce, sesame oil and salt and pepper. Stirfry briefly and serve. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
