Ingredients

 1 small head lettuce, coarsely chopped or shredded
 Celery1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Red onion1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Peas3 Can (10oz), drained
 Mayonnaise2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 teaspoons sugar Grated Parmesan cheese
 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Layer lettuce, celery, green pepper, onion, and peas in a large salad bowl; spread mayonnaise evenly over top.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Cover tightly, and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
