Ingredients
4 egg whites, at room temperature
6 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
In top of a double boiler set over simmering water, beat egg whites, honey, and cream of tartar with an electric beater for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla, and beat for another 2 minutes.
Frosting will be stiff.
Allow to cool before using.
