Ingredients

 
Fried sevai (Vermicelli type) 200g
 
Milk 500ml
 
Sugar 200gm
 
Small pieces of dry fruits150g (cashew nut, almond, grated coconut, etc)
 
Powdered Cardamom for flavor
 
One table spoon pure of deshi ghee (Indian name of hydrogenated oils) or vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1: Heat a wok and put a table spoon of pure ghee or vegetable oil in it

Step 2: Add sevai in heated wok and stir to brown and put apart

Step 3: Heat the milk and add small pieces of dry fruits in it

Step 4: Boil the milk for 5 minute and stir in between so the lump may not form

Step 5: Add a pinch of cardamom powder

Step 6: Add sugar to taste

Step 7: In boiling milk mix the sevai properly (don’t boil further)

Step 8: Leave it for five minute in the wok to settle

Step 9: Take it out in the serving bowl and garnish it with nuts

Step 10: Now your delicious sevai is ready.
