Ingredients

 Sev or ganthia 1 cup
 Cumin seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Red chilli powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Garam masala1/4 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Asafoetida3 Pinch
 Amchoor & Dhania powder 1/4 tsp
 Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 tbsp
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Dissolve all dry masala in 1 cup water.
Add cumin seeds and asafoetida in heated oil and allow to boil.
Simmer for about 3-4 minutes as you add masala.
Add sugar and ganthia or sev.
Stir continuously, use chopped coriander to garnish.
