 White sesame seeds1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), lightly roasted till it is crisp & golden in color (Til)
 Jaggery1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated (Brown Cane Sugar, Adjust To Taste, Gud/Chiralela Gul)
 Ghee1 Tablespoon (Clarified Butter, Thode Tup)
 Roasted peanut1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Thode Bhajalele Dane)
 Dry grated coconut1 Tablespoon (Thode Kislele Khobare)
 Nutmeg powder1 Pinch (Jaifal Pud)

Directions

Melt jaggery in a heavy bottom saucepan.
Add ghee to the melted jaggery and mix nicely.
Add sesame seeds, peanuts, nutmeg and mix thoroughly.
Now grease your plams and quickly make balls.
Let them cool and harden. They are ready to serve.

Something very similar to this is often prepared at our place... its called 'til-er naru' .. I think its the same thing and that sesame seed is called 'til' in Bengali but there is no specialty mentioned for any particular state...
