Sesame Seed Nibbles Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole wheat flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ice water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Blend flour and oil.
Add salt and only enough water to make dough of piecrust consistency.
Chill.
Roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into desired shapes.
Arrange on oiled cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, pressing seeds lightly into dough.
Bake at 350° F. for about 10 minutes, until light brown.
