Directions
Continue cooking over low heat, without stirring, until the mixture reaches 300 degrees on a candy thermometer (a brittle, hard thread will form when a few drops are tested in cold water), about twenty minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the cinnamon and sesame seeds.
Pour the brittle onto a buttered cooky sheet in a thin layer.
Loosen before the candy hardens.
When cold, break the brittle into pieces.
