Use four 1/2-pound fresh or frozen pan-dressed rainbow trout or other fish.
Thaw frozen fish.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Wrap tails with greased foil.
Place in well-greased wire broiler basket.
Combine 1/4 cup salad oil, 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Brush fish, inside and out, with the sesame mixture.
Grill about 4 inches from medium-hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes.
Repeat brushing.
Turn and grill till fish test done, about 8 to 10 minutes longer.
