Sesame Noodles Recipe Video

1. In a pot pour in the water and boil. Add in the noodles and cook according to package instruction.
2. Strain the noodles and keep aside.

3. In a blending jar add in scallions, garlic, fresh ginger root, soy sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar, peanut oil, peanut butter and sesame seeds and blend.
4. Add in cold water and continue blending.
5. In a large glass bowl add in the noodles and toss with the sauce.

6. Garnish with julienne scallions, fresh cilantro, peanuts and serve.
