Sesame, Ham And Cheese Bites Recipe

 Boiled ham slice8 (About 7 Inch X 5, 1/8 Inch Thick)
 Prosciutto slices4 , cut in half crosswise (Thin)
 Gruyere cheese slice8 (About 1/8 Inch Thick, To Fit Across Ham Slices)
 Corn oil5 Teaspoon
 Black pepper To Taste
 Cayenne pepper1 Dash
 Sesame seeds1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Bread crumbs2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Chopped italian parsley1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Unbleached all purpose flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Melted sweet butter3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)


Lay out 8 slices of boiled ham.
Cover each with a slice of prosciutto and a slice of gruyere, and top with a second slice of boiled ham.
Cut each into 6 squares.
Beat the oil, eggs, pepper to taste, and the cayenne together in a shallow bowl.
In another bowl toss sesame seeds, bread crumbs and parsley together.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Dip each square first into flour, next into the egg mixture, last into sesame-seed mixture.
Put squares on a buttered baking sheet and drizzle melted butter on top.
Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, until sandwiches are golden and cheese is melted.
Drain on a paper towel for 1 minute
