Sesame Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame seed
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large clove garlic, crushed
Directions
Cook and stir sesame seed over medium heat until golden brown; cool.
Shake seed and remaining ingredients in tightly covered container.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
Remove garlic and shake before serving.
Tuna-Squash Salads: Substitute 2 cans (6 1/2 ounces each) tuna in water, chilled and drained, for the salmon.
