Sesame-Citrus Green Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Boston lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Romaine lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 leaves Belgium endive | ||
| Grapefruit | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 1/2 cup fresh orange sections, drained | ||
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon, toasted | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon tarragon-flavored vinegar | ||
Directions
Rub inside of a medium salad bowl with garlic, discard garlic.
Combine lettuce and endive in bowl, chill.
Top lettuce mixture with fruit, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Combine oil and vinegar; pour over salad, tossing gently.
