Sesame Chicken Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup commercial | ||
| Russian salad dressing | ||
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces | ||
| 2 medium onions, cut into eighths | ||
| 3 small zucchini, cut into 3/4 inch pieces | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Pint | |
Directions
Place chicken cubes in a large shallow container.
Combine soy sauce, dressing, sesame seeds, juice, garlic powder, and.
ginger in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring chicken occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers.
Grill kabobs over medium-hot coals 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Turn and baste frequently with marinade.
