Ingredients

 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and cut into 1-inch cubes
 Soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup commercial
 Russian salad dressing
 Sesame seeds1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Garlic powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
 2 medium onions, cut into eighths
 3 small zucchini, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
 Cherry tomatoes1 Pint

Directions

Place chicken cubes in a large shallow container.
Combine soy sauce, dressing, sesame seeds, juice, garlic powder, and.
ginger in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring chicken occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers.
Grill kabobs over medium-hot coals 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Turn and baste frequently with marinade.
