| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon, toasted |

Directions
Combine onion, biscuit mix, and 1/2 cup cheese in a large bowl.
Combine egg and milk; add to biscuit mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans filling two-thirds full.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and sesame seeds, drizzle with 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
