Sesame-Cheese Bread Recipe

| Sharp cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Sesame seed | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into large bowl; add onion.
Blend in shortening until mixture is texture of coarse meal.
Combine milk and egg; mix well.
Add half the cheese to flour mixture; add milk mixture.
Blend well.
Spread in greased 8 x 8-inch pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese, butter and sesame seed.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
