1 LB. TOFU
3/4 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
1 1/2 TSP. SALT
2 1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
Pour into a large bowl.
Using an electric mixer, beat in
1/2 CUP TOASTED SESAME SEEDS
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 CUPS WHOLEWHEAT FLOUR
Directions
Beat the dough for 1- 1 1/2 minutes, until it becomes elastic and smooth.
Divide the dough in 32 parts.
Roll each part into a stick about 4" - 5" long.
Place 1" apart on an oiled baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for 30 - 35 minutes.
Serve warm or cool.
