Sesame-Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe

Using sesame seeds, chicken broth, broccoli florets and vegetables, this Sesame-Vegetable Stir-Fry is great. This Sesame-Vegetable Stir-Fry dish goes well at anytime of the day for any meal. Mouth-watering!

Ingredients

3 tbs (45 ml) Sesame Oil or High Oleic Safflower Oil
4 cups (960 ml) broccoli florets, or choice of vegetables
1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken broth
2 tbs (30 ml) rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbs (25 ml) Tamari Soy Sauce
2 tsp (10 ml) cornstarch
1/4 cup (60 ml) sesame seeds

How to make Sesame-Vegetable Stir-Fry

In a wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil until very hot.
Add vegetables and cook, tossing, about 3 minutes.
Add chicken broth and bring to boil.
Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, tamari soy sauce and cornstarch; stir into vegetable mixture, tossing to coat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
