| 8 ounces silken or regular Japanese-style tofu well rinsed | ||
| 1 pound lean ground pork or beef | ||

| Ginger root | 1 , minced (Meatball Mixture:) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finley minced (Meatball Mixture:) | |
| Dry white wine | 1 Tablespoon (Meatball Mixture:) | |
| 2 tablespoons medium Japanese soy sauce | ||
| Sesame seed oil | 1/2 Teaspoon (Meatball Mixture:) | |
| Red cayenne pepper | 1 Teaspoon (Meatball Mixture:) | |

Directions
Stir Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds into Spicy Soy Sauce Dip.
Prepare Meatball Mixture.
In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium-high heat until hot.
Add meatballs and fry 8 to 10 minutes, turning often to brown on all sides.
Drain well.
