 8 ounces silken or regular Japanese-style tofu well rinsed
 1 pound lean ground pork or beef
 Roasted sesame seeds1 Tablespoon (Meatball Mixture:)
 Ginger root1 , minced (Meatball Mixture:)
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finley minced (Meatball Mixture:)
 Dry white wine1 Tablespoon (Meatball Mixture:)
 2 tablespoons medium Japanese soy sauce
 Sesame seed oil1/2 Teaspoon (Meatball Mixture:)
 Red cayenne pepper1 Teaspoon (Meatball Mixture:)
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon (Meatball Mixture:)
 1/2 teaspoon salt, if desired
 Black pepper1 To taste (Meatball Mixture:)

Directions

Stir Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds into Spicy Soy Sauce Dip.
Prepare Meatball Mixture.
In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium-high heat until hot.
Add meatballs and fry 8 to 10 minutes, turning often to brown on all sides.
Drain well.
