| Sirloin steak, - 1 pound cut 1/2 inch thick | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon) | |
| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon) | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon) | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon) | |
| Ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon) | |
| Sesame seed | 1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon) | |
| MSG - 1 Dash | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Chop the steak in 3-4 pieces big enough to be served.
2.Put the pieces on a flat baking dish.
3.Mix salad oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, black pepper,garlic salt, ginger, sesame seed and MSG.
4.Brush the mixture on all sides of steak and leave it for 1 hour.
MAKING
5.Broil the steak 3 inches from heat until done.
SERVING
6.Serve with rice.
