Ingredients

 Sirloin steak, - 1 pound cut 1/2 inch thick
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Onion powder1 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Garlic salt1/4 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Ginger1/4 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Sesame seed1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1 tablespoon)
 MSG - 1 Dash

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Chop the steak in 3-4 pieces big enough to be served.
2.Put the pieces on a flat baking dish.
3.Mix salad oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, black pepper,garlic salt, ginger, sesame seed and MSG.
4.Brush the mixture on all sides of steak and leave it for 1 hour.

MAKING
5.Broil the steak 3 inches from heat until done.

SERVING
6.Serve with rice.
