Ingredients

| Onion | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Beef broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame-Sour Cream Sauce | ||
| Toasted sesame seeds | ||
Directions
Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper and ginger in large bowl.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat oil and butter over medium heat in skillet.
Add meatballs and brown on all sides.
Add broth.
Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Prepare Sesame-Sour Cream Sauce.
Place hot meatballs in serving bowl; top with sauce.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Garnish as desired.

Blend in 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
