 Onion2/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1/8 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Beef broth1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame-Sour Cream Sauce
 Toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper and ginger in large bowl.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat oil and butter over medium heat in skillet.
Add meatballs and brown on all sides.
Add broth.
Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Prepare Sesame-Sour Cream Sauce.
Place hot meatballs in serving bowl; top with sauce.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Garnish as desired.
Sesame-Sour Cream Sauce: Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in small saucepan.
Blend in 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Cook until bubbly.
Add 1/2 cup beef broth.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds.
Remove from heat; pour into small bowl.
Add 3/4 cup sour cream, stirring until smooth.
