Ingredients

Wanton skin

Tuna

Black and white sesame seeds

Red pepper

Olive Oil

Organic fresh greens

Directions

Cut wanton skin into 1/8 inch strips. Keep it aside

Take raw black and white sesame seeds and fish from the refrigerator.

Lay the fish on sesame seeds and cover all sides of fish with sesame seed.

Deep fry wanton skins in olive oil. Fry until they are golden brown. Scoop them out of the oil and place on paper towels for draining out extra oil.

In another pan take some olive oil for cooking tuna. Cook the tuna from all sides.

For the salad, take red pepper and select the flattest side. Cut a slice and take out thin strips of red pepper.

In another bowl, take organic fresh greens mix and drizzle some wasabi vinaigrette. Mix with a pair of tongs. Fresh greens should be washed and dried nicely before making the salad.

Place the greens salad in a plate and sprinkle some strips of red pepper. Place a small nest of wanton fries and keep the plate aside.

Fried tuna should be refrigerated before cutting and serving. Take out of the refrigerator and cut thin slices using a saw motion.

Place the sesame tuna fish slices over the salad and drizzle some more wasabi vinaigrette.

This is a delicious recipe that I have been waiting for, give it a try.
