Thai Crispy Fried Sesame Prawns with Salad and Dip Recipe Video

Ingredients
| Self raising flour | 115 Gram (Plus Extra For Dusting) | |
| Toasted sesame seeds | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 150 Milliliter | |
| Vegetable oil/Sunflower oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying) | |
| Uncooked tiger prawns | 16 Large, peeled with tails intact | |
| Carrot | 1 | |
| Pepper red | 1 , finely sliced | |
| Red onion | 1 , finely sliced | |
| Coriander | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Spring onion | 4 , finely sliced | |
| Sweet chili sauce | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 1 | |
| Thai red curry paste | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Combine the flour and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Whisk in the water until you have a thick batter.
Whisk in the red curry paste and season with a litlle salt.
To make the salad, mix the pepper, scallions, red onion and corriander in a bowl.
Now make the dressing, Whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and olive oil together.
Heat the oil for deep fat frying, either in a deep fat fryer or a wok (180c)
Toss the pranws though a little self raising flour and then dip them in the batter.
Holding the prawns by their tails, carefully drop into the hot oil.
Cook for 5 minutes until crisp and brown.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve with the salad and some sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
