Thai Crispy Fried Sesame Prawns with Salad and Dip Recipe Video
|Self raising flour||115 Gram (Plus Extra For Dusting)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Toasted sesame seeds||3 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil/Sunflower oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep Frying)|
|Uncooked tiger prawns||16 Large, peeled with tails intact|
|Pepper red||1 , finely sliced|
|Red onion||1 , finely sliced|
|Spring onion||4 , finely sliced|
|Sweet chili sauce||6 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Thai red curry paste||1 Tablespoon|

Whisk in the water until you have a thick batter.
Whisk in the red curry paste and season with a litlle salt.
To make the salad, mix the pepper, scallions, red onion and corriander in a bowl.
Now make the dressing, Whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and olive oil together.
Heat the oil for deep fat frying, either in a deep fat fryer or a wok (180c)
Toss the pranws though a little self raising flour and then dip them in the batter.
Holding the prawns by their tails, carefully drop into the hot oil.
Cook for 5 minutes until crisp and brown.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve with the salad and some sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
