Ingredients

 Self raising flour115 Gram (Plus Extra For Dusting)
 Toasted sesame seeds3 Tablespoon
 Water150 Milliliter
 Vegetable oil/Sunflower oil2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
 Uncooked tiger prawns16 Large, peeled with tails intact
 Carrot1
 Pepper red1 , finely sliced
 Red onion1 , finely sliced
 Coriander2 Tablespoon
 Spring onion4 , finely sliced
 Sweet chili sauce6 Tablespoon
 Sesame oil6 Tablespoon
 Lime juice1
 Thai red curry paste1 Tablespoon

Directions

Combine the flour and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Whisk in the water until you have a thick batter.
Whisk in the red curry paste and season with a litlle salt.
To make the salad, mix the pepper, scallions, red onion and corriander in a bowl.
Now make the dressing, Whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and olive oil together.
Heat the oil for deep fat frying, either in a deep fat fryer or a wok (180c)
Toss the pranws though a little self raising flour and then dip them in the batter.
Holding the prawns by their tails, carefully drop into the hot oil.
Cook for 5 minutes until crisp and brown.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve with the salad and some sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
