 Boneless pork1 1/2 Pound
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 Sesame seeds2 Tablespoon, toasted
 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
 Ground cumin3/4 Teaspoon
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Vegetable cooking spray
 Couscous3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Trim fat from pork; cut pork into 1/4 inch-wide strips.
Place pork in a large shallow dish.
Combine honey, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, soy sauce, cumin, and cinnamon in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Pour over pork.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade.
Thread pork onto 12 (10-inch) skewers.
Place skewers on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 4 minutes.
Turn and baste with reserved marinade; broil an additional 4 minutes or until done.
Place couscous on a large serving platter.
Arrange skewers over couscous, and sprinkle evenly with remaining 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds.
