| Garlic | 1/4 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 4 (4-ounce) orange roughy fillets | ||
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon, toasted | |
| Butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray | ||
| 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine | ||
| 3 tablespoons chopped green onions | ||
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, and set aside.
Brush both sides of each fillet with lime juice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine.
Place skillet over medium-low heat until margarine melts.
Add fillets, and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Transfer to a serving platter; drizzle with soy sauce mixture, and sprinkle with green onions.
