1) In a bowl, sift all the dry ingredients and combine well.
2) In another bowl, add butter to cream. Stir in oil, tahini and other wet ingredients to the creamed butter.
3) Stir in the dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine well by adding sesame seeds.
4) In a greased cookie sheets, drop the batter by tablespoons.
5) Set your oven at 350° and place the sheet inside oven.
6) Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are crispy.
7) Enjoy the cookies with or without the hot beverage.
