1 lb. ground beef
 
1 cup shredded raw potatoes
 
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
1 small onion, finely chopped
 
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
 
1 egg, beaten
 
2 cups water
 
1 1/2 tablespoons instant beef bouillon
 
2 tablespoons cornstarch
 
2 tablespoons water

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except water, beef bouillon and cornstarch in medium mixing bowl. Shape into 12 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs; set aside.
2. Combine 2 cups water and instant beef bouillon in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes or until boiling. Add meatballs; recover.
4. Microwave on ROAST for 8 minutes. Stir in a mixture of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water; recover.
5. Microwave on ROAST for 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
