Sesame Lemon Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 pound broccoli, cut into spears, or one 10-ouno package frozen broccol spears | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Dry mustard | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspo on lemon-pepper seasoning | ||
| Sesame seed | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cook fresh broccoli, covered, in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes or till tender.
(Or, if using frozen broccoli, cook spears according to package directions.) Drain well.
Meanwhile, in a screw-top jar combine lemon juice, cooking oil, basil, mustard, and lemon-pepper seasoning.
Cover and shake well to mix.
Set aside.
Heat a small skillet over medium heat.
Add sesame seed to skillet.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or till toasted.
Shake lemon mixture again just before serving.
Drizzle over broccoli and toss gently.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
